When you reserve a product or send a prescription, we process your name, phone number, email if you give it, your message and, where relevant, the photo of the prescription. This data is used only to prepare your request and let you know.
A prescription is sensitive health data. Only the pharmacy team can access it; it is never sent by email and is not public.
Requests and prescriptions sent through the site are deleted automatically after the period stated in the form. The pharmacy’s legal retention duties remain reserved.
Our emails and text messages only mention your request number, never the medicines.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the address above (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP; GDPR for people in the European Union).
